Hi Mark;
I did a similar thing by joining the 2 stock rails, but I recently made a
new one (similar but different -better). If you are only looking to cut out
a section of it with the bung, to weld into yours then maybe you can use my
old one. Pic of it is attached, if it looks like you can use it, it's yours
free.
