Todd,
Congratulations on the Special Certificate of Airworthiness, and on the new addition to your family.  Remember children are malleable, and molding a child into an adult is going to require more time (18 to 25 years) and patients than required to build an airplane.  Good Luck with Both.

Subject: [FlyRotary] special certificate of airworthiness.. Finally!

Yesterday I brought all my log books into Transport Canada for inspection and today they issued me a special certificate of airworthiness, so all test restrictions are now lifted. Damn it sure feels good. So now TC says I'm allowed to fly places, but I can't as my kid is due tomorrow. I'm looking forward to that big event as well, but I'm already planning my first trip.
