I run with viton O rings as oil seals with Teflon coated silicon for the inner cooling "O" ring and stock outer coolant "O" rings.  So far I have never had a failure with that set up.

Tracy also carries all Viton O-rings in his rebuild kits. In our applications, I feel it is a necessity.

Chuck Dumlap has been running a set of teflon coated  rotor seals for about the last year and has not reported a problem.  Viton seals should also be good for about 400 degrees.  Mcmaster-Carr and Creavy carries these, but you have to have the exact dimensions.

The proper oil O-ring sizes are:

0.093" section 4.68 inch ID
0.118" section 4.33 inch ID
