A few years back, I had seriously considered the SQ2000 and was about to send in my deposit when the company declared bankruptcy. A year or so later I met the new owner at Sun-N-Fun and discussed my interest in building an SQ2000 and installing a turbo 3-rotor. His response was, "why do you want to ruin a beautiful airplane with an auto engine?" From that comment, and a couple of others, I lost all interest in buying/building one of his kits. From visiting their new website, I see that they discuss a variety of auto-conversions and they are now supporting auto installations. How times change! I wish you a good building experience. Mark S.
