It has some cool features that IE lacks, and is immune to all the worms & viruses designed to work through IE/Outlook. Have you tried highlighting the desired text in the web file, pasting to a text editor, saving that as a text file, then attaching that file to the email? I've run into a few situations where that was the only way I could get info from the web to an email.
