At about 3500 or so, it just started to falter. I backed off the throttle, and tried again. Same result. I checked my mixture, and it was on the lean side at about 10 o'clock, so I turned it to 2 o'clock, tried it again, and away it went. Since then, I take off a little rich. Don't know if that helps any. There was some black "gum" on the prop. Has anyone seen this before? I'm beginning to suspect that I was running on one set of plugs, but restricted fuel flow has also been suggested. Anyone who's inclined to apply their knowledge & experience to this, please take a look at: http://canardaviation.com/chap29.htm#diagnostics Suggestions and thoughts welcome, as always.
