Here is a link to the archives, but looks like they are a bit dated

Here are the more recent posting with a search engine

SAG can happen during cruise as well at high power.  Not unusually for SAG to last 2-3 minutes and then go away for a while before it comes back longer.  However, 700 rpm does sound a bit much for SAG although with a turbo?  Of course, it could be something else.

Thanks for the encouragement, Ed.
It doesn't sound like this was SAG then. This was 700 rpm or more and occurred during cruise. Also, the power came back after I landed. By the way, how do you get to the flyrotary archive? I remember a discussion on EGT readings I'd like to check. Anyone know what EGT I should expect 6 inches behind the turbo?
