Rusty,
The calculations don't need RPM.  The calcs are based on the PERCENT of 'ON' time for the injector.  Thus, if the duty cycle is 80% the calc uses .8 * Injector capacity (ie, 43 lb per hr times .8).  At 100% (full ON) the injector is flowing 43lb per hr.  Simple.
