It will also depend on what you want to pay
for that last 10-20 MPH on cruise. The fuel burn will probably go up
considerably. I think that a good question is; what will it cruise at
55-60% economy cruise power.

IAS for some reason I never quite followed.

really don't know. If I can cruise at 200 kts I'll be happy. Anything over
that is gravy. Top
speed is only for bragging rights anyway - right?
