One more suggestion.  Make sure you are using minimum program width (Mode 2) when tuning in this region.

I continue to work on problems with slow RPM smoothness.  No solutions yet.  I just cant get it to run in that region where the RPM is dropping but the manifold pressure is rising.  I would like to get my injectors checked.  Rusty, do you have the details of that company you sent your injectors to?

Is this region where you close the throttle suddenly?  Remind me again how far your injectors are from the ports.  If they're a long way away,  this just may not be fixable.  My attempt to fix the problem will be a new intake probably.
