Hi Thom,

Welcome to the list. BUC stands for Rusty's BUCK UGLY COWL which he originally installed on his rotary powered RV-3. Only a mother (or its creator) could love it. However, its one saving grace was it did cool, or perhaps over cooled, its not so desirable feature was drag,drag, drag. Only seeing a Photo of it would do it justice and Rusty promised to kill (or at least severely maim) anyone ever showing a photo of it. So you won't see me display it on the list. To give its creator his due, he has since retired that cowl with honors - never been bested by another cowl for the title to this date {:>)

Absolutely. Anything else just wouldn't be gentleman-like. 20% ok with you?
