I measured today, and the bed of the truck is just= high enough to gravity feed to the RV-3 tanks.  I haven't really resea= rched tank material yet, so I'm not absolutely sure it will even be worth ma= king one, as opposed to buying one already made.  Most of the ones you = buy are "approved" for transport, so that might be a good reason t= o get something off the shelf, though a fitting would have to be added to th= e bottom for easier gravity feed.
