The
tank idea is good, but can anyone
suggest an inexpensive
place for me to purchase sheet alumumin for a
self supporting tank? (someplace that would even cut it up to my pattern would
be even better!) I will weld it up myself, in a custom form, so it has to be
thick enough. Any suggestions on the thickness, weldability and strength for a
moveable AL
tank?

I measured today, and the bed of the truck
is just high enough to gravity feed to the RV-3 tanks. I haven't
really researched tank material yet, so I'm not absolutely sure it will even be
worth making one, as opposed to buying one already made. Most of the
ones you buy are "approved" for transport, so that might be a good reason
to get something off the shelf, though a fitting would have to be
added to the bottom for easier gravity
feed.
