don't know who came up with it, I saw it a many years ago on an EZ and my Long
EZ was baffled around the cylinders that way, too.
Perhaps Terry knows when it was mentioned
first.

who ever got the idea to saturate fiberglass mat with RTV Marko? It's a
very interesting, yet bizarre idea :-)
