I've got several thicknesses of adhesive foam = that I got from McMaster Carr, so I'll probably see if I can use it on the = outside of the gap. The adhesive has proven to be very good, so perhaps it will work OK. I also like the stretchy neoprene idea as well. =20 =20 On the other hand, if the gap works out to be very small, I might try Tommy's duct tape suggestion at first, then remove it to see if it makes = any difference. The gap is at the very front of the duct, which should be = the low pressure area, so how much leakage with there really be? This will = all depend on how small the gap ends up being. =20 =20 Finally, who ever got the idea to saturate fiberglass mat with RTV = Marko?
