I just find the thickness/width that fill in the gap and = stick it to the outside of the duct. I have found that the adhesive = that comes with the tape may not be sufficient, so I use some of the 3M = adhesive. This approach is cheap and easy to replace and modify. The = tape can usually be found in white, grey and black colors.
