I changed out rubber -6, -4, and 5/8ths heater hose and added 2 gallons of 50/50 (Prestone/distilled water); and when running it today (32 degree OAT), I initially had zero water pressure, and it only came up to 9 psi when water temp finally reached 150 degrees.  I have zero experience with cold weather ops, so was wondering if this is normal, from your experience?
