Thanks for posting for those of us that don't have RV's, and not monitoring that list.

Glad your ok. I too have single alt & battery, never considered a battery failure taking out the alternator. Time for dual batteries me thinks.

The battery failure mode must definitely be made well-known for electrical-dependent engine installations.
