I think Tracy’s Ford part with Spline in the RD1 PSRU’s is a Ford C6 FORWARD DRUM, 4 CLUTCH, 30 SPLINE, L1976-UP
With big bits parted off. Notice the part that the spline enters looks identical to what Tracy riveted to his Damper plate.

No luck on the Cozy Girls, but I did a search of Paul Lamar’s archived messages and discovered that the center splined assembly derives from a Ford C-6 1988-1998 automatic transmission clutch assembly.

Resending.

There was a group buy of the rubber dampeners. I'm sure I could dig up a set of four.
You should be able to get the alum plate and spacers machined.
Big question would  be where to get the center steel spline.

But suggest you contact the Cozy girls to see if they have the whole thing.
Check if this is still valid:

Hello,
New to the group, but longtime advocate and study of the rotary engine in Aviation.
I am building and RV-4 and thought I had a complete RWS redrive assembly.
Turns out I am missing the flywheel or ring gear and damper assembly that connects the redrive to the motor.
Does anyone have a spare? Or know how to fabricate this piece.
