The problem was the very short ground from the coils on the wall to the engine got removed. recheck your grounding DIRECT to engine. I also remember that the EC-2 had a mode that would fire the plugs repeatedly (similar to the function for the injectors) have you tried that? If they fire with that function and not when cranking, then the problem would lie with the trigger signal On Mon, Jul 22, 2024 at 9:38=E2=80=AFPM Doug Lomheim rv9flyer13b@gmail.com = < flyrotary@lancaironline.net> wrote: > I=E2=80=99m attempting to get to the point where I can perform my first > engine run, and got all four injectors =E2=80=9Cclicking=E2=80=9D now aft= er changing two > out and redoing control switch wiring (I really like the =E2=80=9Cprimer= =E2=80=9D feature > that Tracy added!). Doug,
It has been years since my plane moved to anothe= r owner, but he had a similar=C2=A0problem after removal and reinstall of t= he engine. The problem was the very short ground from the coils on the wall= to the=C2=A0engine got removed. recheck your grounding DIRECT to engine.

I also remember that the EC-2 had=C2=A0 a mode that= would fire the plugs repeatedly (similar to the function for the injectors= ) have you tried that? If they fire with that function and not when crankin= g, then the problem would lie with the trigger signal
