I was saddened to hear that Kelly Troyer passed away the end of Sept. here in Oklahoma.  As many of you remember, Kelly was an avid rotary guy and installed a GM V-6 in an RX-7 in-order to liberate the 13B for aircraft use!  He attended various rotary gatherings over the years, and was building out a Delta Dyke with 13B, but eventually switched to Lycoming in hopes of completing it while he could still fly.
