I'm not sure I understood all that.  As far as I know we don't have alcohol
in any of our 87 octane fuel, which is all the truck, and plane will be
using.  It's likely that there's some alcohol in the 93 octane that I've
been burning in the car with no problem.  Why would I be worried about a
little alcohol anyway?   Cheers,

Isn't it just the Lycoming guys who are afraid of the alcohol because it attacks some of the material they use for seals?
