Several times on the rotary lists people have mentioned a tiered cooling
system. One in which a primary cap spills over into a pressurized
reservoir. I have been trying to set up such a system except that the
secondary (upper) seal on a radiator cap will not hold any significant
amount of pressure. So the pressurized reservoir only spills coolant
around the primary radiator cap. Does any one know of a cap that will
hold pressure (at least 20 psi) to its reservoir?
