The sharing is what makes this rotary community so valuable. I found the plugs up installation to have several benefits and only one= =20 down side. I had to do a little modifying of Tracy's PSRU mounting=20 plate to get the starter where I needed it but that was it. The old=20 flooding issue with the standard orientation just isn't there with plugs=20 up. Any excess fuel dropped out the "bottom" exhaust port and within=20 3-4 revolutions the flooded engine would fire right off. Also made the=20 exhaust system simpler and of course the plugs were on top rather than=20 the side. I think you will be happy with your choice. I would still be flying it but decided that age was beginning to be a=20 factor in keeping my focus lenght, so decided to quit on my terms. As=20 you can see, still very interested and connected to all the many friends=20 made over the years.
