Another piece of the puzzle uncovered.
I finally got around to checking my old overflow bottle. It was specified
as a 1 Qt bottle. It would displace 32 oz when submerged in
water, but its internal capacity was only 22 oz.
My coolant system has remained *completely* topped
off after going to a larger bottle.
