After installing the mount, I found that the thrust line was incorrect. I notified Fred, and he apologized for the error and informed me that it is not a problem...."I stand behind my products", and we'll fix it. Sorry to hear about the problem, but glad (and not surprised) to hear that Fred's going to make it right. I just installed my mount on the RV-3 this past weekend, and it fit pretty well. While I had the fuselage level to align the gear legs, I put a level on the mount. It looks like it may have about a degree of up-thrust built in, but it's hard to say until I get the engine mounted. Either way, I consider this fantastic, and nothing that can't be shimmed with a couple of washers if needed.
