Hi, fellow rotary enthusiasts.....When I get a bad
deal on something, I like to tell others so they won't get burned. On the
other hand, when I get a good product and service, I like to pass that on also.
I purchased an
engine mount from Fred at Conversion Concepts for my SQ2000 canard
pusher. After installing the mount, I found that the thrust line was
incorrect. I notified Fred, and he apologized for the error and
informed me that it is not a problem...."I stand behind my products", and we'll
fix it.
What more could you ask
for? Just thought I would pass this on to anyone else who was
considering buying a motor mount or any other product from Fred at Conversion
Concepts. You will like the product and the service, and most of all, he stands
behind what he sells. Hard to find these days. P.S. I have no
affiliation with Fred or Conversion Concepts....I have not had the pleasure of
