Bobby,
The P port I have is threaded into the rotor
housing and O ring seal on the inner. Do not like welding at all,
but some seem to be going that way.
The PSRU can be fitted with the 2,85 reduction with minor mods,
so not out of the question.
Neil.

Neil,
Thanks for the update. Glad to see
the P-Port is holding up and gearbox development is showing
positive results. Still hoping you will offer a ratio closer
to Tracy’s 2.85. How are your p-port tubes joined to the
housing. Welded to the inner lining?
Bobby

Renesis Update- for Neil Unger
Bobby, Version 2 of the PSRU
is now finished, only change I am now looking at is in
an effort to reduce costs is to replace the bronze
bearings with timken tapers. This will make
manufacture reasonably cheaper. My P port has been
running for over 100 hours and has presented no
problems to date. Still testing no 1 PSRU, again no
problems other than cost. Thanks Neil.
