No need to have the engine go to idle in the event the throttle cable fails. I just started the engine....started after about two revolutions. Just ran it for a couple of seconds....ran on only the small amount of starting fluid I shot into the throttlebody. I am now hooking up the fuel pump and lines. Will try to start it with fuel in a couple of hours if all goes well. Paul Conner
