Hi Tracy
Thanks for the data. Any wisdom on why the difference?
I thought water would transfer heat faster than oil! Are the flow rates vastly different?
Thanks again

Glad to hear you're making progress Steve.  A fixed regulator will make it harder to adjust for constant mixture across the whole range of throttle settings but should be possible.  I'm only seeing 5-10 degrees delta on water but 40-50 degrees on oil at cruise power.  I think that is typical.

Hi Guys

I put the prop on the Glasair today and ran it with a load for the first time!
Smother running and seams to be cooling thus far with 82F OAT.
Again - big thanks Tracy for making this possible.
What pressure do you guys have in your fuel rails, ours is a fixed regulator.

I’m in the garage at home so not taking the engine past 2400 RPM.
Cant wait to get it down to our hangar and run it up properly!

Do you guys measure in and out of your coolers?
I’m getting a delta of about 13F on the oil cooler and very little on the water.
Any wisdom, or data?

Thanks
