Have a new reduction box ready for manufacture of a prototype in = the new year. For that to be tested I have to make up another motor = which I am currently working on. It is amazing what you do differently = the second time around! Case in point is the intake runners to the P = port. this time the bellmouth starts at 3 inches dia and reduces to 2.25 = inch to give me an ID of just over 2 inch whereas a 2 inch pipe gives = almost 1/8 inch undersize. Narrowed the front plate to get a = =E2=80=98bullet=E2=80=9D point, which means a different cowl altogether. = Exhaust may finish up from inconel once I can buy less than a full = sheet! So am busy getting parts together as usual. Day time jobs keep = impeding progress, but what else would I do?? Neil.
