sneak into the bathroom and get a tampax.  cover it with Vaseline or light grease then stuff it down in the hold with the "string" on top where you can reach it with needle nose pliers or such.  Once finished - fish the string out and gentle pull the chip coated tampax out

    Where do you come up with these ideas? :-)  That's definitely a good one.
