Thomas,
I agree with both Charlie and you and would donate to help out with the flyrotary list.........Going a little
off subject here but in reference to previous posts regarding your fuel system you made reference to
check valves in your vent system and more specifically the check valve in cockpit to allow venting in case
of a blocked external vent........Can you direct me to your source of these check valves........Also I presume
that the valves have a very low cracking pressure for this position in your fuel system.........

Thanks,
Kelly Troyer

I hear what you are saying Charlie. It seems as though many of these forums have “Sold Out” to the offers made by advertisers.

Of notable exception is the Canard Aviation forum that John Slade runs and the Velocity Aircraft Owners/Builders forum that is by subscription only (an annual fee). Both are member supported. Slade’s forum does not require a subscription but has on occasion received donations for software upgrades and the like.

One problem that the forum type environment eliminates is the “blacklisting” of subscribers. The Fly Rotary lists was kicking out everyone who used Cox as a ISP a while back which tended to throttle down the participation.

I for one would participate in a subscription type service if it was proposed in the future.
