You will have to tell us more about that
trip. You had a lot of weather from the looks of FlightAware. What kind
of performance were you getting? On FlightAware, you claim 146 HP. Where
did you get that number?
You seem to have arrived in Montana just in time for
winter! :>)

Subject: [FlyRotary] Trip from Illinois to Montana
On October 1, I moved
my plane N343BS from Illinois out to Stevensville, Montana.
15 hours flite time, had to start off by going South to get around a line of
storms, then turn north. Spent two nights on the trip, because of a front that
moved through Billings, MT. Strong headwinds on the section
from Pierre SD to Billings.
Engine just hummed
along, plane gross weight (myself + friend) and all our stuff was ~2300#
