I don't know about light weight, but I think Tracy recommends the 2nd gen
starter for the flexplate.  My starter is for an 88 RX7 that I bought at an
auto parts store.  The Renesis starter comes at the flex plate from the
engine side and would be difficult to mount due to the way it mounts.
