Thanks, Ed. This leads me to a question. I have a manual wastegate. Should I do this with it closed or open? On another note, I have a "push fit" hose barb that goes in a coolant hole on top of the engine. It seems a bit loose. Any suggestions as to how to make certain it doesn't come out? Oh - and one other thing - do you have an accumulator on you're vacuum / smog pump? I'm getting vacuum now - between 4 and 4 inches, but the needle is "jiggling" indicating an unsteady source. Do you get this? Does it settle down at higher rpm?
