What instrumentation are you using for the thermocouple temperature meas= urements.  If using self-powered analog gauges, do you have the correc= t thermocouples for each gauge?  Are you using a selector switch with = a single gauge?  If using digital instrumentation, is it possible that the type J and type K thermocouple assignment is not c= orrect?
