Foamhenge? Here is my first fiberglass part made over a hand carved foam mold. I covered the mold with packing tape, fiberglassed over it, and melted out the foam with acetone. After that, I fit the part to the airframe, cutting away in some spots, classing in a bit in others, lots-o-sanding and back DP-90 paint
