Ah, my old friend, a sad day indeed for some of us, but happy for you and
Diana. More time for the dragon’s tail in NC and other fun stuff.
I fondly remember our first contact shortly after your (and the Otter)
appeared on the cover of KITPLANE – way long time ago. I recall getting
one of your first products – the ignition computer (in the tin box) along with
you excellent manual – bound with copper brads – remember that?
I join so many others with a hearty “THANKS!” – few of us would be flying
behind a rotary today – if not for you and your products and knowledge so freely
shared.
Now you’ll have time for you and Diana to drop by for a visit and our
famous “Gin and Tonic” mixes by the pool.
See you around.
Best Regards and Wishes
Ed

Subject: [FlyRotary] Re: Tracy's Retirement
Retired from new production ( still have some EC3 & EM3s in
stock) but I plan to support everything in the field for the foreseeable
future.
I'm working with the Cozy Girls at CG Products to pick up production on
gear drives.

I just heard that Tracy has retired. Have we been talking
about it but I missed it? Happy for Tracy, sad for us. Anyone out
there have the time an skills to pick up where Tracy leaves off.
Paul Lamar is working on an improved gear box that has promise, but so
few of his projects ever come to fruition that it might be a long wait.
Anyone?
