Hi guys,
I'm at the point where I'm trying to start my (3rd gen turbo LS1 coils) engine for the first time.
I turned the engine for about a minute. It made no attempt to fire at all, so I removed a plug, grounded the side against the block and looked for a spark while cranking. Nothing. I checked the hot pin on the LS1 coil, and it had 12v. The other 3 pins seemed to be grounded. Other than rechecking ALL the EC2 connections I'm not sure where to go from here. Is it possible that my crank angle sensors aren't putting out the correct pulse? How can I test this? Can I test whether the coils are getting a firing pulse? If so, How?
Any suggestions welcome.

Before getting out your meters and oscilloscopes to check for pulses (been there & done that) I found if my battery is weak (<11.5V) the engine will still turn over but the plugs will not fire. I assume the EC2 needs something close to 12V to run and probably while cranking it's getting a lot less than that.
