You seem to have made good time with your engine work.  I can't believe I'm STILL working on my rev-2 upgrade... sigh.  BTW, why did you have to rebuild your engine?

Severe blowby. Didn't want to believe it until I took out a sparkplug of rotor #1, turned the prop and saw green stuff (coolant) coming out of the. Amazing that it ran so well (other than forcing coolant out of the system).

Inner o-ring burned 3/4 way through. Still really don't know why. Chrome cracked around sparkplug. This time I filled the pits on the bottom of the o-ring groove with JB weld and used teflon-coated o-rings. Hope it holds up!

So I cleaned two engines and used the best parts of the two: better rotor housings and one rotor from my $400 junkyard engine that's been sitting in may garage for 7 years or more. New o-rings and apex seals.
Also did some work on the engine mount: reverted to conical rubber mounts from the donuts I tried from McMaster-Carr.
Got new radiator mounted on right side. Still need to mount the new one on the left. So can't really run at full power continously yet.
