Here is the note I sent to Paul's list. Probably show up

Another guy that used the stock manifold with a short pipe
was Andy Venable. He clained it was no louder than any other aircraft. There are
at least three different stock manifolds. His was a large one with short inlet
tubes and a baffle before the outlet.
Here is a picture of Andy's and one of the smaller
ones:
I was going to try it on mine but I'd have to mount it
down-stream because my motor mount bolts on between the exhaust
ports.
