I stopped by the airport on the way to work this morning. Its the coldest temps we have had in North Carolina for a while, and I wanted to see how well must warm- up tune works.

Good news is that it is working much better than I expected it would. For the most part,I didn't have to touch anything. Just added a little additional fuel at the very coldest temps.

The problem was getting it to warm up. Took 10 minutes to go from 47*F to 160*F.  It would taken a lot longer if I hadn't gotten impatiently and run the power up to hurry things along.

I was getting cold sitting there, so I pulled the cover off the hot air port that comes off the back of the oil cooler, which is mounted in the strake It only took a few minutes before I was needing to come out of my coat. I'm stoked... and warm!!
