We made something similar, lighter, the top has a floating stainless steel hat with an NPT thread so it swivels and its about twice the price. No idea how the Canadians sell them so cheaply but we are not intending to compete, just make a better product.

There's an outfit in Canada that sells a nice FI bung (See
attachment).  Theirs appear to be a bit more robust.
