It broke right at the base (the base t= o the little blue bulb, not just at the base of the tape holding the sensor= ) thus not able to repair. What sort of sensor is this? Is it readily ava= ilable? What is it's job? Do we know the part number if I have to order it= online? The engine seems to run ok without it but I of course want to rep= lace it.
