I used this same filter.

The drain cock on the bottom can be removed and replace with a 1/8NPT to AN-4 adapter.  I then ran a 1/8" line downhill
to an  adapter I constructed to allow for a standard water check drain.

The mount also comes with two IN and two OUT ports.  That option can be a big help to simplify your plumbing.
