Saro: I am using an all aluminum 20B( Hybrid)Not Flying Yet but has been dynoed . It is succesfull and in my view is the way to go with the Rotary in an airplane. However the majority of folks using these parts with good results are racers.. If they are winning they are tight lipped about what works and what does not. My research tells me that these parts will add more reliability into the Rotary and reduce weight. A winner for an airplane. However I do not know anyone flying these parts Yet. If your out there we would love to hear from you.

First of all, Hi.  This is my first post to flyrotary.  Looking to build a Cozy IV with a Mazda rotary.

I'm curious what experiences any of you have with the aluminum housings that are offered in the marketplace right now.  I know that a set is somewhere in the neighborhood of $5000.  But is anyone flying with these things?  Does anyone have a high mileage car or a high time race car with these things or do we know of any not associated with the manufacturer?

The manufacturer is essentially selling roses that need no water and never wilt.  There is no downside to these things - except cost - if you listen to them.

I'm looking for a bit of reality if anyone has some to offer.
