Assuming weather and the plane being in sound condition, I will try to make it with N343BS

Sounds good.

How about it; anyone else interested? I really need something to
motivate me to clean out the hangar. :-) Seriously, we had a great time
hosting one several years ago, & we'd love to do it again.

Charlie,

I would be interested in attending, weather permitting.  And I would
bet I could talk Bobby Hughes and Dennis H. into tagging along.
Anyone else?

Is the Marion location for this year, or next year?

If there's a 'void' this year, my wife is encouraging me to offer our
place during the same time frame (late September).

For those who haven't visited in the past, we live at Slobovia
Outernational Airport (MS71), just north of Jackson MS. 4800' x 80'
grass, capable of handling anything up to an MU-2; even Velocity's have
been in here. There's a paved municipal airport about 10 miles south,
for Vari/Long-Eze's, if needed.

Lots of room in the house (bring a bedroll; we have air mattresses), and
a good selection of hotels are about 15-20 minutes away by car.

Is there interest?

Thanks,

Charlie

Ed and I are looking into Marion Illinois, it is 1 hr drive north of
Paducah, 2 1/2 hrs drive south of St Louis, nice airport, big apron
and hanger to do a meeting in, close proximity to town etc. Looking
into camping on site as well.

SIU aeronautical program!
Tell us what you think, great central USA location for this.
