He builds up the nose assembly, torques on the pulley hub, checks end play then removes all of the nose stuff down to the counter weight so the large and small sprocket and chain can go on together. Notice that the crank is turned 90 degrees in order to install the center iron? Much less painful that way. Lube with conventional oil if all new seals. Synthetic oil will require months for the engine to seal up tight. Lynn E.
