I'm just a lurker on the listserv.. I was helping Chris Barber with his build for a few years, and got really into the engine/systems/numbers/physics of it all..

So you are charging at ~1.5 x 100%VE (naturally aspirated) however the charge temp is significantly higher.
So if your 13B would develop say 180Hp at 7K RPM without boost, and you are now getting ~250Hp at 45" 200F that seems to make some sense.
